Treasures galore for the movie buff!
Movies have a life all their own. Besides the entertainment value they provide, there are also the lasting material things that remain as reminders of these wonderful (and not so wonderful) films. These things serve as reminders to the movie going public and may have some intrinsic value as well. Examples of the above are the rel="nofollow">a href="”http://www.dangmovies.com”" target="_blank">movie posters, collectibles, props and other miscellaneous items that are produced by the ad agencies, special effects artists, hobby enthusiasts, toy manufacturers, and even movie enthusiasts.
One of the most familiar movie items is the advertising posters one sees outside the theater. These can be quite colorful and are designed to stimulate one’s imagination and lure the potential viewer into the theater. These posters have been divided into the particular genre such as: Westerns, Horror, Sci-Fi, and War. Some of these divisions can have special groups of movies all unto themselves. For instance: Star Wars or James Bond. One poster for the 1967 James Bond spoof, “Casino Royale” is presently selling for $300 USD and a poster for the first James Bond movie, “Dr. No” (1962) is selling for $3,000 USD. Posters have become such big business that there is a company that specializes in restoring them using a linen background. Their value just increases with time.
Another group of movie items that is much sought after are the props used in making the movies. Today with computer graphics some of the characters, creatures, or other items may be totally fabricated in a computer generated model. There are still many props used on the big and little screens that are much in demand. Miniatures of much larger items such as space ships, landscapes, cities, or creatures are very detailed and amazingly real in appearance. The problem with props is that they are very limited and often times kept by the studio for further possible movies or they are dismantled. In this category there are also the replicas made by model companies and toy manufacturers. After all, if you can’t have the real thing you can also get (and afford) a replica.
Still another group of movie/TV related items that might be related to props are the statues and action figures. The statues are in a single pose and are usually sold by model companies. The action figures are designed to be handled and are made to be more durable. There is a growing market for these action figures. Their value is much higher if they are not removed from the box. These are essentially toys that are collected in the hopes that in the future they will have accrued in value a great deal.
One man’s trash is another man’s treasure.

Directories and Google Can listings in directories help my rank on Google?
Google the leading search engine considers several actors in its ranking algorithm, firstly it considers the text content of a sites web pages and decides what theme it belongs to.
Next it looks at the number of links inbound to each page, particularly important are links from related themed web pages.
So a web page about domain names, using the key phrase domain name registration with lots of links inbound from related sites such as other domain registration will do well.
A sites content rank will depend on its rating compared to other competitive websites. Greater relevancy and linkage brining a better ranking.
Directories if properly constructed can fit the bill. Remember Google resolves web pages and not sites, so if a directory has a page sufficiently dedicated to your theme then it is worth submitting to.
Directories can use ‘jump text’ which prevents data harvesting, but unfortunately removes the value of the links.
Should I pay or not? There are sufficient free directories out there, so there is no need to pay.
Ones to consider – DMOZ, allthebizz, smallerbizz, Gimpsy, wowdirectory.
Larger directories such as Yahoo maybe worth paying to list in as they can bring traffic in their own right.

Animal Spirits: Power Animals And Guides
We shamans are a strange breed...
Often we tend to isolate ourselves from those around us. However, this does not mean we don't have
relationships...
In fact we often have too many to handle at any one time. You see, we are connecting to many levels of reality and inter-relating with all of them at the very same time. So while we are in a group of people...
We are also talking to the spirit world and often the animal guides all at once. It's a difficult balancing act, to say the least.
Often we must decide which is the most important communication at that point in time. Sometimes the
animal spirit guides are giving us very critical data, so we choose to stay focused on that for the moment.
Each animal comes to us with it's unique spirit focus and usually shows up when we need their perspective. They may appear in spirit form, in a dream, vision ...or in the flesh!

France Attacks Iran: U. S. And Britain Object
France, casting aside its usual insistence on diplomacy, even when it’s obvious to every person who happens to be alert that it can’t work, finally grew impatient with Iran’s centrifuge-rattling behavior and launched a unilateral attack on it.
As French mirage jets swooped down on Iran’s nuclear facilities and French troops launched a land assault from warships in the Persian Gulf, the United States and Britain voiced immediate objections.
President Bush said, “I just don’t understand why the French have gone ahead and attacked Iran without consulting us. It’s just not right to do things without having your allies on board.”
Tony Blair stated, “I would have thought President Chirac would have given more time for diplomacy to work. After all, we know it’s going to be at least a month or more before Iran has an atomic bomb.”
On the other hand, German Chancellor Merkel voiced support for the French attack, saying, “I actually felt it was time for a European leader to act as highhandedly as the Americans did in Iraq."
”Meanwhile, President Jacques Chirac dismissed allied concerns and vowed to continue his go-it-alone policies, stating, "I was at my cattle ranch in Bordeaux, when I realized Iran is even closer to France than it is to America. Of course, we usually wait for America to carry on a war we know is necessary for our own safety. It’s cheaper and a lot more popular with French voters. But I decided this is one war the French had to foot the bill for, even without American and British approval.”
The U. N. has not yet issued a comment on the preemptive French strike. At the time of this writing, Secretary General Kofi Annan had only recently finished his morning coffee, the beverage that has long been named after him, and he was just about to wander over to the General Assembly to see if any diplomats wanted to discuss the possibility of discussing the attack.
On the way, he commented, “You’d think Jacques would have at least given me us some advance notice. Although a lot of people have come to doubt it, the U. N. is still here.”
Tom Attea, creator of Newslaugh.com, has had six shows produced Off-Broadway and has written comedy for TV. Critics have called his writing ""delightfully funny" and "witty" with "good, genuine laughs."
