Top Five Best Natural Acne Treatments
Who hasn't encountered the dreaded ""zit"" at some point in their life making acne one of the most common of all skin disorders. Acne is a common eruption of the hair follicles and oil-producing glands of the skin. Acne usually is found on the face, neck, and upper body. Pimples and blackheads are caused by the increase in hormones adolescence or before a woman's period and by bacterial infections of the skin.
Waste and toxins are eliminated by the skin through sweat pores. Thus, constipation or irregular bowel movements worsen the problem and need to corrected in acne treatment.
While there no one ""best acne treatment"" the following are the top five natural acne treatments which should be considered by anyone seeking an acne solution.
1. Supplements and Vitamins for Acne Treatment
Zinc – 50 milligrams, 2 times per day. If Zinc Picolinate is used (due to superior absorption) 50 milligrams is taken only once a day.
Vitamin A – 100,000 Units per day for 2 months. Excess Vitamin A be toxic to the liver and needs to be used under a physician's supervision. Pregnant women (or women who may become pregnant) should not take more than 10,000 Units per day.
Vitamin B3 (Niacinamide) – topical gel, containing 4% Niacinamide, applied twice per day.
Vitamin B6 – 100 milligrams per day, especially if acne is associated with the menstrual period.
Vitamin C – 1,000 milligrams, 4 times a day. Reduce dosage if diarrhea occurs.
Vitamin E – 600 Units per day.
Pantothenic Acid - 2.5 grams, four times per day, orally. In research, this has been used together with a topical cream containing 20% Pantothenic acid which was applied four to six times per day.
Deodorized garlic, 10 to 16 capsules per day, depending on the severity of the acne and until symptoms improve. Reduce this dosage gradually, over a 3-week period, to 4 capsules per day.
Evening Primrose oil or Linseed oil – 2 capsules per day.
Most of these supplements can be taken in a multivitamin tablet and extra Vitamin A and Zinc.
2. Proper Diet as an Acne Solution
Increase fruits and vegetables in the diet. Eat at least 2 pieces of fruit and 1 cup of vegetables daily.
Eliminate sugar and sugar containing foods because sugar increases the fats that are secreted by the sebaceous glands. These are the glands that are infected by bacteria when a person has acne.
Limit junk foods, fatty foods, fried foods, and milk products. All these foods tend to aggravate acne.
3 The Herbal Acne Remedy
A tea can be made from equal parts of Oregon Grape Root, Dandelion Root, and Burdock Root. Brew 1 teaspoon of this mixture per cup of boiling water. Simmer 5 minutes, then steep for 15 minutes. Up to 6 cups per day for 12 days are taken, or less if nausea or an upset stomach occurs.
A tea of Vitex has often been considered useful, especially when premenstrual symptoms and hormonal imbalances are involved.
4. Physical Treatments in Acne Care
Exposing the skin to sunshine and fresh air or to the light of a tanning lamp, but not long enough to burn the skin. Overexposure to tanning lights may increase the risk of skin cancer.
5. Homeotherapy Acne Skin Care Products
Silica 6C and Hepar sulph 6C: Each day, 3 pellets of Silica in the early morning and afternoon and 3 pellets of Hepar sulph at noon time and in the evening. The pellets are dissolved under the tongue.
Note: A wide range of homeopathic medicines can be effective acne treatment solutions. A health care professional trained in homeopathic prescribing will usually be the best way to select the correct acne medicine.

More things I have learned
Growing old does have one benefit ... experience. So, I am continuing here to share my vast pool of knowledge. Of course my girlfriend can't resist telling me I need to clean the pool, but heres the list anyway.
1. If you do anything that gets your hands wet, soapy or dirty, your nose WILL itch.
2. When you give your email out anywhere on the internet, you will soon learn all you never wanted to know about body part enhancements.
3. A cat does not love you. It simply allows you to live with it IF you pet, feed and clean it's litter box on a regular basis. Otherwise, you're history.
4. Your Co-Workers, on the other hand, DO love you ... at least as long as you continue to give them good stuff to talk about when you aren't around.
5. You are NOT the master of your fate. Your mother is. And when you get married, your wife is.
6. Life is beautiful .. Life sucks ... life is beautiful ... life sucks. Repeat as necessary.
7. There is a chip in all cars that keeps them from starting unless you stroke the dashboard correctly and sincerely mean it when you say "Come on baby .. you can do it".
8. Computers will only work correctly when you DON'T need them to.
9. A kiss is just a kiss, and a smile is just a smile, but a baby is forever.
10. There is no such thing as a ghost that can haunt you ... except in your own mind.
11. Nothing is carved in stone ... other than what will happen if you forget your other half's birthday or anniversary.
12. No matter how hard you try, you will NEVER be able to fold laundry according to your spouse's instructions.
13. Anything you think will happen, won't... and anything you think won't happen, will.
14. Love is a two way street .. unless you are on the freeway and then there may be lots of exits before you get somewhere.

Russia Defends Iranian Nuke Program; Considers Position Good Customer Service
While the civilized world has reacted with horror at Iran’s plan to harness the energy of the atom, as in bombs away, Russia has steadfastly defended the menacing mullahdom’s nuclear ambitions.
At first, any person distinguished for responsible behavior is taken back by such apparently reckless advocacy, not only because it seems wildly risky, if not outright self-destructive, but also because one does not expect it from people who have decided to present themselves as such reformed friends of humanity and trustworthy politicos that they dress in spiffy garb, instead of in their former universal drab.
We, however, turn to the hard-learned observation that, if anybody’s behavior doesn’t’ seem to make sense, you probably just don’t understand what his or her goals are.
Seen this way, the gremlin in the Kremlin is as obvious as the red power tie we often see dangling from Vladimir Putin's neck. Iran buys weapons from Russia and will now buy enriched uranium, too, and Russia is just servicing the customer.
As V. P., who brought order to Russia by ordering his Russian cohorts around, said, “Once when I was in the KGB and didn’t have a lot to do, I read about the American department store tycoon, John Wanamaker, who once told a clerk, ‘When a customer comes in, forget about me.’ So when Iran comes up, I forget about everything but putting the customer first. It seems like the capitalist thing to do, and in the modern Russian economy, I think there’s at least room for that much free enterprise.”
One would think that there would be some awareness of the geographical limits of his enthusiasm. After all, Russia is a lot closer to Iran than we are. There are also other inescapable aspects of the client relationship that ought to be considered, among them that Vladimir and his gangsta-rich associates look as much like infidels to the Iranians currently steering their ship of state toward the reefs of war as we do.
What Lenin once said about capitalists apparently also applies to reformed communists: they would sell you the rope to hang them with.

Guitar Lessons - Guitar Vibrato
Playing a guitar without vibrato is like eating Mexican food without salsa. Vibrato is one of the most definitive techniques in defining your musical style, your own personal unique sound. No two players have the same vibrato sound. Some play slow and wide while others play narrow and fast, and that’s the beauty behind spending a lot of time learning different vibrato techniques. It’s like eating different salsa’s every time you go to your favorite taco stand. Enough talk about food, lets talk technique.
Vibrato is sometimes confused with tremolo. Basically it is just a technique of vibrating the string sharp and flat around a root note. For example if you are playing the 7th fret on the 3rd string with your 3rd finger on your fret hand you can just push the note up slightly and them pull it down slightly. Do this in quick succession so the over riding effect is a “wobbly” tone around the root note you are playing. Use your hand, wrist, and arm to make the movements. Never just wiggle a finger. Some people use a technique of pulling the string down towards the floor and then releasing back up.
Try this in a variety of speeds and levels of bending during your vibrato. The trick is to be consistent and smooth with your motion. If you are playing a slow blues riff then you may want to slow down and make a wide circular motion with the string, or if you are playing a fast rock lick you may just ad a fast narrow vibrato to accent the final note in a run.
It is possible to add vibrato using any finger you play with, but it is most commonly done with the first and third finger on the fret hand. Using your first finger is a bit trickier. I usually use my first finger for fast vibratos similar to BB Kings style. I will literally lift my other finger far off the fret board, press down and just “vibrate” the string as fast and as open as possible. That’s funny the work vibrato is a lot like vibrate, because that’s actually what you are doing vibrating the string.
When you combine vibrato with string bending, harmonics and legato techniques you begin to discover the musician inside of you. Playing guitar is about discovering your inner flow of creativity and having the techniques to be able to express them. Vibrato is one of the more personal and effective techniques. As with all aspect of playing guitar you need to experiment with these techniques, and most of all have fun!

Web Conferencing Is A Benefit To Business Big Or Small
No matter what kind of job you have or business you own, it seems like meetings are just a fact of life. They are necessary to make sure vital information is shared and employees are kept in the loop, but they can be a major expense to the employer.
This is especially true for corporations that need to fly employees across the globe for face to face meetings with other employees or clients.
Well thanks to the internet and the latest innovations in communications technology, meetings can now be carried out over the internet via web conferencing. Today’s web conferencing solutions are state of the art thanks in part to the availability of high speed internet access.
Corporations can hold meetings and the employees don’t even need to leave their offices. All they need to do is hook into their web conferencing application which works just as well as actual in person meetings.
The savings in time and money to business owners is quite substantial when you add up travel time, overtime, and man hours away from the job to attend meetings in an offsite location.
Productivity and efficiency remain at peak levels and the company saves money all at the same time. It is no wonder web conferencing has taken the business world by storm.
It isn’t only big business that benefits. Small businesses and startups that work from home can now compete on a global scale thanks to web conferencing and the ability to communicate instantly with anyone on the planet that has access to internet technology.
There are a couple of options to consider when it comes to web conferencing. The choice will ultimately depend upon the budget of the company. In any case, the money saved by utilizing the web conferencing solution will pay for itself in no time.
For higher end solutions, there are full featured stand alone video web conferencing applications. For most small companies however, a simple web conferencing program can be initiated right over the internet which saves the expense of purchasing equipment and dedicated communication lines.
Web conferencing is a particular boon to those who work at home. It is relatively inexpensive to set up a web conferencing system utilizing a home computer and high speed internet line. Web conferencing provides a link to employees that work from home and gives those with a home business a more professional outward appearance.
