5 Personal Traits that are Holding You Back From Earning a Six Figure Income

People find all sorts of reason to complain why they fail when they attempt to do anything.

Here are some reasons why you may be failing:

1. Lack of Desire

Your desire is not overwhelming and compelling within yourself to provide the impetus to motivate you to accomplish a goal. Believe it or not, some people talk about success but they are afraid to succeed. They wonder what they will do if they succeed; they get intimidated and do not pursue the goal. So, they dismiss success from their minds. However, you can succeed but you need to develop a very strong desire that dwells inside you continuously until the thing you want to achieve come to pass. A simple technique to use is to believe that you are already successful in what you want to accomplish and keep working towards bettering it. It works.

2. No Vehicle

You could have ALL the desire in the world; it would not get you where you want to go if you do not have a vehicle. Just like you need an automobile to get from one place to another, so too, you need a Financial Vehicle to attain financial success. This vehicle could be, a book you have written, a toy you have developed, a new software you created etc. You get the picture. But you still have to market it to the right population to earn the money. It could be in the millions. So get the wheels in your head turning NOW—to create a home based business.

3. Doubt in Yourself and Abilities

You might be all fired up within yourself with lots of motivation from others but deep inside you, you have doubts of your capabilities. You are insecure, shy, timid, and negative and swayed easily by others when they criticize your ideas and thoughts when expressed. You must master yourself by constantly reminding yourself that you are unique in this world and have a purpose and can do whatever set your mind to do. Nothing must get in the way to sway you away from your goals and ambitions. Be tough with yourself. Discipline yourself to create a home based business today.

4. Lack of Persuasiveness, Tenacity, Discipline

Although you may have the talents, you lack the drive to stick to what you are doing and see it through. Some elements of doubt in Number 3 above get in the way and cloud your thinking. You must develop a disciplined mind and consciously make the effort to hone this skill. Meditation is a good tool to develop this.

5. Distrust in Others

When you are faced with situations, whether presented with an opportunity or just facing a situation, you have the tendency to be cynical or disbelieve the ideas or concepts presented to you. This could because you have developed this habit from childhood perhaps of the environment that surrounded you---what I mean here is that the physical as well as the emotional impact of those experiences can have a very adverse effect on your life as you grow older. You distrust others and by doing so you avoid new ideas and suggestions so you never move positively to become financially successful—or for anything --for that matter- like starting a home based business

Learn How You Can Get Out Of This Time Warp and Succeed

But amazingly enough, these elements can work together fast to make you a lightening rod and move you in a positive enlightening and prosperous direction, There are two major ways this can occur:

a. When a dramatic event occurs in your life. The dramatic event forces you to readjust your life to a better one. Example; Wendy was 350 pounds heavy as she ate a lot of junk food. She is only 38 years old. But when her brother, age 32, died from overweight because of a bad diet like her, she quickly changed her diet and other personal habits. Within 3 months Wendy was maintaining a weight of 195.5 pounds. Her co-workers could not recognize her from a distance and she is healthy to boot. You could perhaps identify other incidents like this.

b. You need someone to show you the way. Either you are so set in your ways and got in a rut, that do not allow yourself to seek out fresh ideas and have a vision for the future. You hope and pray for a miracle to happen—through wishful thinking-- or you do not apply the right type of creative thinking and comparisons and analogy to asses what might be a good proposition and take action.

Rest assured, you'll be enlightened and led to better yourself.

Click the link below and you’ll learn how to put all these traits to work to become a financial success. FREE Training is provided. You will be guided to a most wonderful experience you never thought would come your way.

Take advantage of this opportunity and learn to put these traits above to work for you. You do not want to have a dramatic event like a death, serious accident etc., change your life, you want to consciously take control of your life because you are NOW ready to do so. Start you home based business today.

Gossip: What People Say About It
We decided, at a reader’s request, to write about gossip and, along the way, to note what others have gossiped about it. We decided, at a reader’s request, to write about gossip and, along the way, to note what others have gossiped about it.

What might one say under the influence of a confessional potion when asked, “Why do you always talk about other people?”

We imagined the reply, “Apparently, because I have nothing much to say about myself.”

Before we turn to the little basket of quotes we picked for you, we can also pass along a couple of our own consolations. One, it’s a lot better to be interesting enough to be talked about than to be the interested party who’s doing the talking. Two, gossip’s empty gambits take place in a playground, actually, on a seesaw. The child who delights to babble sees you way up there – the higher the better – and thinks that by putting you down he or she will put himself or herself up. Tada!

Now, we turn to what others have gossiped about it. It appears, not surprisingly, that brilliance has enlivened the subject only rarely.

“The trouble with her is that she lacks the power of conversation but not the power of speech.” George Bernard Shaw

“I know that’s a secret, for it’s whispered everywhere.” William Congreve

“They come together like the Coroner’s Inquest, to sit upon the murdered reputations of the week.” Congreve

Movies: What Would Life Be Like Without Them?
Have you ever thought about how your life would be if there were no movies? You probably haven't and that is because we all take them for granted but lets think about movies, both the good and the bad a little, shall we?

Movies are one of the most common forms of entertainment there is in our world. This is because they allow us to escape our world and enter into another world for a couple of hours and gives our immediate concerns a rest. They allow us to travel to worlds we will never be able to experience otherwise. They bring excitement and intensity of emotion that we would not have otherwise. These are all pretty good things right? And probably some of the main reasons that they are so popular.

On the flip side movies create unrealistic expectations and make unhealthy lifestyles and choices look appealing. This is especially true for those of us who have grown up in this age of technology. You see back when movies were simpler it was easier to separate them from reality. Now however the special effects and computer animations create such realism that it is confusing our kids. You've heard stories in the news about a child being killed or seriously hurt by another child because they were acting out something they saw in a movie. The other thing is that our children are being exposed to hyper intense scenes of violence that it is surprising that more Columbine's haven't happened really.

And what about Hollywood's portrayal of sex? Well lets just say that we all were really surprised the first time that we had sex. It wasn't nearly as smooth and well coordinated as we had seen every time on the silver screen was it. What if sex was portrayed realistically as something that can be extremely good and fulfilling given that the two people are committed to each other for life and are willing to work at it? What if the fact that there is a lot of responsibility that goes with the pleasure what dealt with? Well lots of people believe that we would have far less trouble with sex at its root. Teenage sex wouldn't be as rampant. Unwanted pregnancies would be a far smaller issue. STDs would not be spinning out of control, and on and on.

So are movies good or bad? Well the answer is both. Now the question remains, does one outweigh the other?

When not writing about movies, author Boyd Troublerr is most definitely watching them. To learn more about this wonderful form of entertainment go to www.moviesdeal.info.

Online degrees - specially suited to adults looking to improve their employment prospects
No longer is a university degree only available by physically attending university lectures, seminars and tutorials. Now you can work for your degree 100% online, never setting foot into the hallowed halls of learning unless you choose to.

There are universities that offer Bachelors and Masters degrees online. You can even get a Doctorate 100% online. You have a very wide choice of subject, as wide as if you physically attended the institution.

The online degree has the advantage that you can work at it in between your parenting or other commitments. You can keep up the day job, while studying for your degree in the evenings or at weekends. This option is a really attractive one for adults looking to increase their long-term employment options.

You can get an Online degree from many traditional universities, including Harvard and Yale. There are other universities and colleges that only have online courses. Some of these universities are accredited universities, others are not.

If you apply to a non-accredited institution future employers are unlikely to look favorably on your qualification. This is because some of these non-accredited "universities" are nothing more than printing shops, churning out degrees as the cheques roll in. Everyone has seen the ads for these so-called degrees - "The Get your doctorate next week" type ads.

There have been cases of prominent scientists losing their posts because their degree was exposed to come from one of these non-accredited institutions that produce totally worthless degrees and doctorates.

There are "Life-Experience" degrees where you gain credit for what you have learned in your job over the years, including for experience gained by staying at home and looking after the kids. Treat these especially with extreme caution and don't shell out your money too easily. If it's that easy to get a degree then it really is not worth the paper it is printed on.

The author is an ex-teacher who now makes a living helping people to decide about their broad educational objectives. He has a website that has more details of some of the available options.

Steel building advice for business
Steel framed buildings are one of mans modern day wonders. These pre-fabricated steel structured enable us to quickly and efficiently construct and finish a permanent strong metal framed structure in as little as a week. With today's tight schedules and financial constraints it is vital that steel and concrete structures can be created as fast as possible.

Pre-fabricated steel building kits are used for all kinds of purposes from farm buildings to factories and of course for human habitation. Because of the way these kits are designed it is now easier than ever for architects to design from pre-existing sets of steel building modules and add on's.

The basic steel framed building kits will consist of the frame components, Cement sections, insulation and construction fittings. Because steel frame structures are now rolled of the production line it is now easier to keep control of project costs as the contractors will to some degree have to work to the know schedules of previous building projects.

Most steel building manufactures will be able to put you in contact with contractors that are familiar with their design and kits and this works out well for both the customer and contractor. If good feedback is generated about the construction company then they will get more work. The more work they get using a manufacturers steel kits then the faster they become at building them.

Another great advantage of steel building kits is that because the different parts such as steel girders and the fixing components have already been manufactured the faster the kit can be shipped to where it is needed.

The design and strength of steel framed buildings is suited to all needs and terrains. From skyscrapers to remote military installations and in all kinds of climates, The all round qualities of steel buildings are ideally suited.

Steel and concrete building kits are obviously a purchase that your business or organization will not want to purchase without thoroughly checking out the vendors credentials.

The below are words of extreme wisdom when buying steel construction kits.

If you are indeed looking to purchase such a steel product then the best advice is to ask to be put in contact with a past customer of your potential supplier. Ask them what their experience was and secondly take into account the length of time a steel building supplier has been in business.
